Head - Corporate Affairs - Bitcoin Exchange Firm

Looking to hire a Head of Corporate Affairs with a leading Bitcoin exchange company in India. The role requires a strategic thinker and someone able to manage complex situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Responsible for managing Corporate Affairs of the firm.

2) Responsible for Policy Advocacy and Government Relations.

3) Manage crises from a statutory, regulatory and fiduciary standpoint. Maintain high powers of advocacy.

4) Liaise and negotiate with regulatory authorities

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

1) Deep knowledge of the policy-making process in India and a desire to understand and learn technology policy.

2) A desired candidate would be with prior work experience with a regulatory body, like an ex-RBI or NPCI, etc.

3) Develop/present public policy positions before government or other key stakeholders.

4) 10 to 15 years experience of working with Fintech, Consumer Tech, Internet companies is desirable.

5) Excellent written and verbal communication.
