As Head - Corporate Finance, Accounts and Taxation handling
a) Overall responsibility for Corporate Accounts
b) Direct and Indirect Tax matters Compliance and Tax planning
c) Funds management and banking operations management
d) Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable management
e) System and processes
The Person (Candidate Details) :
Experience :
i) Age : 35 - 45 yrs
ii) CA
iii) Experience as Head - Corporate Finance, Accounts and Taxation / Financial Controller for minimum 5 years of an operation Rs.500+ cr.
iv) Experience of working in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial / Infrastructure / Real Estate organizations.
v) Strong Leadership and Organization Skills
vi) Project Management skills
vii) Excellent Communication and People skills
Work Experience : 15 yrs to 22 yrs
