Head - Core - IN & VAS - Switch & Network - Mobile Service Provider

We are looking for a Head - Core, IN & VAS with a leading mobile service provider based at Bhopal.

Education : B.Tech from Reputed Institute

Main Responsibilities :

- Capacity Planning / Monitoring & Maintaining Utilizations of Core Nodes.

- O&M of Switch, Packet, IN, STP, NLD-ILD nodes installed in circle

- Operational support of all Regional / National deployments in Circle.

- Delivery of Voice n Data products across charging platforms as per Business requirement.

- Testing / Rollout of new Platforms / features in NW & share guidelines for national rollout.

- Customer complaint Handling in coordination with Technology / CS / IT & Marketing teams

- Circle / Corporate / SNOC coordination's with daily O&M / PM tasks.

- Vendor Management including MS partners - Monthly / Bi-monthly reviews.

- POI Planning / Utilizations monitoring & actions thereof for Basic / NLD / ILD with MTNL/BSNL & other Operators.

- Budgeting - Capex & Opex for Core, IN-VAS.

- Monitoring Number series utilizations & initiate timely TERM inspections.

- Liasoning with SCM team for Inventory management of both Circle & Corporate projects

- Timely PR / PO / GRN / Capitalization requests handling.

- Procuring / Monitoring of Captive / ILL BWs.

- Handling various audits like SOX / Security / Regulatory.

- Providing monthly reports to Nodal for onwards submissions to regulatory.

- Handling LI related queries from Nodal / regulatory agencies.

- People Management - Managing Teams of CS / PS / IN/ VAS / NLD.

- Inducting new joiners at Circle for Technology function.

- Roaming - national and international. Quality monitoring and regulatory

- Assisting Infra team to decide on Space / Power utilizations at MSC locations.
