Head/COO - International Business - Manufacturing/Auto/Heavy Engineering Firm

- The role will oversee the complete International Business operations which include efficient and effective production, quality maintenance and effective distribution of the manufactured product to the market.

- As a part of the leadership team, the person will be responsible for leading the International Business & operations of all departments of the company.

- The role works closely with the Managing Director in terms of driving the business forward with key focus on Manufacturing Operations, Technology & Purchase and Supply Chain

- Should be a Systems oriented person, capable of setting systems

- Should have some exposure in Greenfield ventures

- Should be capable of sourcing expertise where needed to achieve goals.

- The incumbent must have a minimum 15-20 years of experience in Manufacturing / Auto / heavy engineering industry covering

- Must have experience of managing the P&L of International Business
