Head - Contracts - LLB

- Reviewing , drafting and negotiationof large and complex licensing, subscription, SaaS, outsourcing agreements, distributor and reseller agreement and MSA's for our customers in MEA, SEA and India

- Drafts, and responds to RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's or customer terms & conditions

- Identifies business objectives of Organisation for Licensing, Subscription, SaaS, Subcontracts, Amendments, AMC, CR's and facilitates risk mitigation

- LLB from a premier law school in India, with good academic credentials

- Demonstrates good drafting and negotiation skills

- People management experience

- Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
