Exposure in the following area is required:-

1) Corporate legal support in executing business expansion plans.

2) Advisory support on corporate law, contracts law, information technology laws, intellectual property rights, real estate laws etc.

3) Merger & Acquisitions

4) Successful execution of corporate contracts

5) Assist in effective legal support in business expansion and ramp up and property acquisition

6) Formulating policies and procedures in order to support clients with contractual obligations
