Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering

Experience: 15+ Years

Job profile:

- Understanding over all scope & itemization of work.

- Coordination with Architect and Consultant for BOQ and specification.

- Preparation of BOQ, BOM, rate analysis, estimate, techno commercial analysis and advising on contracting strategy.

- Checking sufficiency of items and full proof description of BOQ items.

- Preparation of tender, floating inquiries, rate comparison, negotiation and drafting work order and contract.

- Sourcing of contractors.

- Post award coordination for contractor's performance.

- Periodic review & strengthening BOQ description and terms & condition.

- To maintain trackers for sourcing of contracts.

- To ensure that the projects receive the resources on time

- Post award Contract Administration

- Settlement of dispute, extra items, claims etc.
