Head - Contracting & Procurement - Real Estate

- Responsible for all contracts (construction, services) and procurements for -projects, facility management and corporate administration.

- Shall be responsible for post-award contract administration.

- Will ensure saving in the budget while awarding contracts / POs

a) Qualification: B.E. (civil or mech or elect) with post-graduate qualification.

b) Experience: 17-20 years with large corporates or major developers / contractors.

c) Well versed with -

- Should have good all-round experience in procurement management.

- Must have sound knowledge of construction & procurement contracting practices.

- Thorough understanding of materials.

- Good contacts with suppliers of high value items across all markets.

- Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices.

- Excellent written & oral communication skills.

- Excellent in drafting of contracts.

- Should be dexterous in generating accurate & timely reports for management review.

- Mature in handling external agencies.

- Should be a good team player.

- Computer savvy. Ability to work in ERP system.

- Willing to work hard and contribute in the company's growth.

- Good understanding of contract laws of India.

- Should be strong in managing within budgets.

- Shall travel to project locations as & when required.

- Shall be from good background - honest, diligent and trustworthy.
