Head - Contract Staffing Business

Our client is a large group with multiple business interests across GCC region.

They are hiring a Head for their contract staffing business to be based in Doha, Qatar. They are purely into white collar contract staffing.

Would be responsible for, but not limited to the following ;

1) Entire P&L of Contract staffing business

2) New client additions

3) Existing client management

4) Manage the BD team

5) Manage the delivery team

6) Ensure timely delivery of resources as per client requirements

The Person :

10+ years experience in contract staffing in India

Must be handling the P&L role

Should have experience in both permanent and contract staffing

Ideally looking at candidates at a salary bracket of 25-30 lacs in India currently.
