- Responsible for supervising all contract manufacturing contracts including screening and selection of vendors, negotiation, contracting and assessing performance of the vendor  - Accountable for Supply Chain and Procurement for ensuring that the finished goods produced by the supplier are of company's quality and are delivered as per the sales plan  - Shaping and approving the contract manufacturing plan based on the sales plan and inputs received from internal stakeholders Responsible for ensuring that long term and short term contracts are signed with the vendors based on the demand as per annual business plan  - Ensuring that contract manufacturing firms quality checks are conducted on time to get the best quality products  - Responsible for overseeing and approving the contract manufacturing order at the optimum price and quantity  - Responsible for tracking order acknowledgement, preparing and communicating shortage and backlog reports, and providing visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers  - Responsible for invoicing receipt by line item and providing approval to the finance team to process payments
