Head - Continuous Improvement - Process Excellence - F&A Domain

JD:

- Define continuous improvement mission and vision for GBS

- Identify and suggest initiatives for GBS

- Create business case for suggested initiatives and assist GBS leadership to identify the initiatives

- Design plan for each of the initiative along with inputs from Leadership team

- Assist with automation assessment and cost benefit analysis (CBA)

- Manage end-to-end implementation of the initiatives

- Manage deployment of the projects and track the impact

- Keep abreast of continuous improvement techniques and facilitate constant skill up-gradation of GBS employees

- Replicate successful project work/ share best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for continuous improvement

Requirement:

- Total experience of 15 Years + with a minimum of 8 years in Continuous Improvement team

- Have functional knowledge in F&A domain (AP, AR and R2R)

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate (also statistical) analysis and synthesize recommendations

- Solid project and stakeholder management experience

- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills on all organizational levels

- Strong understanding of ECM/BPM tools for finance processes.

Must have:

- Master Black belt certification

- F&A Domain exposure
