Head of Content Strategy - Localization

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Content Strategy - Localization to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our content strategy efforts, with a focus on localization. You will work closely with the central strategy team to frame and hold annual business plans, bridging the task on which content bets will deliver and determining what further shows to commission. Additionally, you will ensure the best retention quality of customers and contribute to the creative process of what content is to be made.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

2. Lead the localisation of content to ensure it resonates with our target audience in different regions.

3. Collaborate with the central strategy team to frame and hold annual business plans.

4. Bridge the task on which content bets will deliver and determine what further shows to commission.

5. Analyse data and insights to identify content opportunities and trends.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and creative, to ensure content is delivered on time and within budget.
