Our client is an early-stage PE-backed education firm specializing in vocational courses tailored for the healthcare sector. We partner with healthcare industry leaders to offer certifications and degree programs in Allied Health Sciences, Nursing, and related fields. Our mission is to empower students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their careers.

The role would be largely responsible for delivering the highest quality of programs aligned with the evidence in education research and pedagogical practice, catering to the evolving needs of the industry.

Responsibilities :

- Strategizing the content development process catering to the evolving needs of the industry.

- Conducting extensive research and interaction with recruiters to understand the need gap.

- Collaborating with SME's to work on content and practice led sessions establishing water tight processes.

- Extensively utilizing various technology tools for designing content and ensuring content is consumed in the most frictionless manner.

Specifications:

- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in designing healthcare-related curriculum and pedagogy.

- Clinical Experience preferred. Preference to only talent from the Healthcare industry/healthcare academy.

- Extensive understanding about different medical education governing boards.
