Head - Content - Hospitality/Aviation Industry - Training Firm

Requirement:

- 8+ years of experience in operations, process, training and delivery industry in hospitality or aviation industry

- Experience in handling training content design and delivery

- Experience in behavioural and process training

- Experience in working with external agencies and content writers

- Should have managed design, delivery, review and complete life cycle of development

- Should have a good understanding of story Boarding, Instructional Design and Graphics

- Should have handled Estimation, Project Life Cycle and be good at Project management

- Should be good in Customer relationship management

- Should be good in creating a delivery oriented team and manage the overall operations

- Manage the Business and be accountable for Bottom line

- Should support sales in getting new businesses

- Ability to work independently and ability to fit in a start-up culture/ echo system
