Head - Content Development - CPG/eCommerce

Head - Content Development with a leading MNC - (location not a constraint).

- Lead the creation of a specialist content ecosystem that builds a completive advantage for the business as it unlocks the capability challenge to innovate with content.

- Lead the creation of digital ATL content across all brands that drives higher than benchmark engagement at a cost efficiency.

- Engage with entertainment houses to explore brand integration opportunities that help build purpose

- Strategize and execute the content strategy.

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Content development/content strategy with at least 6 years of experience building content for brands (either as part of an agency or as part of CPG/Ecommerce firms)

- Managing content for marketing across brands, in partnership with brand teams. Work with brand team closely to create content strategy & execution.

- Setting up ecosystem of partners who will be churn out content (vendors, agencies, content writers etc.)

Key Requirements :

- 10 years of experience, with atleast 7-8 years in content creation.

- Any graduate is fine

- Someone who is adept & experienced in content curation and creation.

- Understands the digital landscape from content creation perspective.
