Designation: - Head of Contact Centre Job Description:&nbsp; &nbsp;- Handle a team of 150+ and day to day operations of the contact centre - inbound, sales, support, chat&nbsp; - Ensuring that the customer experience is as per the quality standards as per the business objectives&nbsp; - Devise initiatives and execute operations to meet the larger business objectives&nbsp; - Circulating daily MIS reports to the stakeholder to assess the health of the contact centre&nbsp; - Performance monitoring and Review of all the teams within the contact centre&nbsp; - Work with management to prioritise business and information needs&nbsp; - Pre-empting and managing hiring pipeline and onboarding of the newly hired candidates&nbsp; - Attrition management&nbsp; Experience:&nbsp; &nbsp;- 10+ years of work experience with at least 3 years in heading call centre operations&nbsp; - Experience in setting up operations from scratch in a startup or otherwise is a plus Qualifications/Desired Attributes:&nbsp; - Education: Engineering or Management degree from a Tier-1 college&nbsp; - High levels of motivation, energy &amp; drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved&nbsp; - Team player with ability to motivate and align team to set objectives&nbsp; - Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities Location: - Bangalore&nbsp; &nbsp;Compensation: - Best in the industry
