- This is a leadership opportunity with leading Life Insurance organization wherein they are looking Head of Contact center/ Call Center to setup COE to get to all customer touchpoints helping the client increase its focus on cross selling insurance to its existing customer base.&nbsp; - We need someone coming from domain expertise in Life Insurance who would understand how to track the entire customer journey, ensure a seamless customer experience get revenue conversions via cross selling of various Insurance offerings of the organization . - You will be responsible for building a steady pipeline of leads- ensure quality lead generation, which can then be supplied to the respective channels for cross selling ultimately leading to conversions. - You would be setting up the larger lead generation team. You would be responsible for: - Own complete P&amp;L of the Contact Center and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business. - Being the primary owner for lead generation at all touch points and developing strategies to monetize each customer touch point - customizing the approach basis the customer's need that will give highest conversions. - Driving cross functional teams to design process for lead generation and transmission. - Managing quality lead generation across touch points by deploying appropriate incentive schemes to improve conversion rate and efficiency. - Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions. - Drive performance management across workforce by applying and implementing best in class performance metrics - Design &amp; implement and execute processes to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit department performance against the same - Hire &amp; train new workforce along with monitoring employee performance and provide coaching, training whenever necessary.
