- A leading Construction Chemicals and Materials company is looking to hire Head of Consumer Insights. The role will be based in Delhi and does not offer any hybrid/ remote flexibility. - The incumbent will lead the development and execution of Consumer insights and design the analytics strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, support new product introductions, and strengthen brand positioning - This role involves listening to market signals and interpreting data that will guide strategic decision-making and measure initiative impact. Accountabilities : Customer Experience Metrics : - Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve NPS and C-Sat. - Utilize customer feedback and insights to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Brand Tracking & Market Analysis : - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand tracking strategies. - Monitor and analyze brand health metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts. - Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market dynamics. Market Trends Analysis : - Qualitative Analysis : - Persona Building : Utilize qualitative research to develop detailed customer personas that inform marketing strategies. - Positioning Building : Assess and refine brand positioning based on qualitative insights. - Quantitative Analysis : - Brand & Retail Tracking : Establish and oversee tracking mechanisms for brand and retail performance. - Customized Surveys (U&A, Equity, etc.) : Design and conduct customized surveys to measure Usage & Attitude, Brand Equity, and other key metrics. Purchase Modelling and Demand Forecasting : - Utilize data analytics to gain deep insights into consumer behaviour, preferences, and purchasing patterns. - Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing campaigns. - Develop and refine models for accurate consumer demand forecasting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with market demands Product Clinics & Consumer Clinics : - Establish and lead product clinics to gather direct feedback on product prototypes and concepts. - Conduct consumer clinics to understand consumer preferences, needs, and identify gaps in existing product offerings. Listening, Concept Testing & Product Development : - Implement listening strategies to capture customer sentiments and preferences. - Conduct concept testing to evaluate the viability and appeal of new ideas or marketing concepts. - Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights for creating innovative and market-leading products. - Identify need gaps and opportunities in the market through robust analysis and consumer understanding.
