Looking for a highly experienced Consumer Insights Professional who can capture, manage, analyse, and apply customer knowledge to help our business win, serve, and retain customers.
Role : Head - Consumer Insights
No of years of Experience : 11 to 15 Years
Key responsibilities :
- Market Research Conceptualization and Execution
- Market Research Findings Implementation
- Portfolio Planning
- New Product/ Product Extension Planning, Development and Launch
- Brand Communication, Development and Execution
Knowledge & Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of some market research methodology and tools; both qualitative & quantitative.
- Basic knowledge of statistics; expertise in Fieldwork process
- Knowledge of consumer understanding and behaviour
- Problem solving ability, Interpersonal ability and influencing skills
Education :
MBA in Marketing with experience in Quantitative / Qualitative research.
Preference : Professionals with experience of working in the personal care space would be preferred.
