We have few very urgent position in one of the best and established MNC Banking CLient

Designation : Consumer Banking business Head - Pune

Reportee's : 22 to 25 [ Unit Heads with their team of Relationship managers ( analyst to Senior Manager ) ]

Location : Pune

CTC : 40 lac to 50 Lac PA ; depending upon current CTC and relevant experience.

Section : Consumer Banking group

Job Purpose :

- To set specific job goals to the staff and develop a strategic planning to achieve the business targets

- To lead and give direction in the implementation of the strategic plan

- To enforce daily supervision on the progress of sales acquisition and relationship deepening initiatives executed through priority banking, retail banking, and direct sales channels

- To implement exceptional customer service and achieve high score of customer satisfaction rating

- To encourage staff to live the new company's values and deliver it for the benefit of the customer

- To ensure internal operational risk compliance in place and prevent staff from doing misconduct behavior

- To achieve region/branch sales, portfolio, and revenue targets set in the beginning of the year

- To ensure staff personal development program in place and develop succession plan within the respective region/branch

- To maintain close and strong relationship with local authorities and ensure operational policy compliance

- To apply, monitor, and do periodic review of Know Your Customer and Money Laundering Prevention processes to all customers

Required Experience :

- At least 15 years experience in PREMIER Wealth Management / Retail banking Sales, with team leading experience

- Experience in the banking and finance industry would be an advantage

- Strong skills in sales management and leadership

- Good motivational Skills and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English.

NOTE :

- Candidates with current / previous Pune market exposure / Native of Pune.

- Candidates should be from / have a prior background of Premier wealth management division . MNC background preferred.

- Candidates should have a minimum GL size of 100 crores to apply . Candidates with 150 - 200 cr size will be preferred. [ Candidates handling below 100 cr, please don't apply ].

- Candidates in current team leading positions only apply . The team size should be decent & should be having senior team members as well.
