About our Client - Our client is one of the leading Financial Institutions Globally. With expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Head of Consumer Banking Analytics for their captive centre based in Bangalore supporting Global geographies in decision management. They are looking for seasoned professional with around 15 years of experience to join their team to drive strategic initiatives in their business.

Job Description - You would be responsible for managing the consumer banking analytics team which supports retail assets, liabilities and cards business for global geographies. You would be responsible for:

- Deepen existing relationships working closely with onshore stakeholders and develop new partnerships.

- Demonstrate active, effective leadership by inspiring a vision, motivating a passion to excel and cultivating the firm values.

- Provide thought leadership and strategic inputs to grow the business taking new initiatives.

- Identify new competency areas and draw up plans to develop the same

The Successful Candidate - You should be an MBA/Masters in Economics/Mathematics with around 15 years of relevant experience working with a consumer bank in marketing analytics or decision support etc.

- Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of managing business P&L.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- You must have strong understanding of statistical modeling using tools like SAS/ SQL and complex data sources.
