Head - Consulting & Product Delivery - IT

This is a leadership role and will be responsible for product Delivery & Technology consulting of Fosfor Products for all our clients.

This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way to high visibility, high impact projects at a very exciting time for the company. This is an India-based role to lead our Data Products consulting practice, to support the leadership team in delivering consulting growth and scale. The role holder is expected to grow the strategic accounts and C-level relationship within the client base, while also owning general practice management responsibilities for the India-based team which services our global client base.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product delivery with focus on building cohesive implementation and delivery/ consulting strategy for the Data Products org

- Play an internal + external facing role in growing capabilities and delivering solutions

- Provide leadership to teams and set the engineering culture in place to cater to global clients with a strong technical and business acumen

- Prior experience in software development & engineering, product mgmt & development, program mgmt, building and delivering products & solutions; ability to bring multi-dimensional experience across different avenues of the role

- Must have experience working with trending technologies like AI, ML, RPA, blockchain; hands on experience in cloud technologies and open-source tech stacks

- Collaborate as needed with Product Management, Engineering and Sales leadership

- Apply industry/domain/technology expertise to client implementations

- Establishes and leads high performing teams for implementation and consulting practice.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Notable experience in a customer facing role in the analytics delivery or analytics product industry with experience in deploying and setting up complex data to decisions products

- At least 10+ years strong experience in full stack development of web and mobile-based applications with focus on all aspects of Software Development and Engineering using Open-Source technologies

- Demonstrated experience in developing and shipping enterprise scale software products and solutions

- Should be in a leadership role for the past 3-5 years

- Working experience on AI, ML, blockchain based products and services

- Ability to develop not only products and solutions but also teams and an engineering culture to grow the business to a larger scale

- Adept with getting into details, working at the ground level with relatively smaller teams and able to guide growing teams in the correct directions

- Thorough SDLC and product management experience; flair for customer relationship and leadership

- Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

- Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly

- Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
