Head Consulting - IT Business Advisory

The Responsibilities include and are not limited to the foloowing areas:

- Build a profitable and sustainable consulting business for the Consulting Organisation's Strategic IT advisory Business.

- Growing the company’s portfolio in identified areas, recruit, build and retain the business consulting teams.

- Take primary responsibility for presenting findings at the most senior client level and pushing through required changes in the client’s organization.

- Achieve targets and deliver on best practices and assignments across domains and industry.

- Will be responsible for the development and maintenance of key client relationships.

- Play a significant role in client development efforts, and will be expected to contribute new client development efforts.

- Provide leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization

An ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

- A post graduate in Business Administration from a premier institute and 12 plus years of experience in any one of the following- IT Strategy Development/IT Governance Development/IT Advisory

- Should have grown and worked with established consulting firms.

- With the ability to engage in strong working relationship with teams and clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and articulation skills.
