- Lead Manufacturing Consulting practice with responsibility to drive profitable revenue growth and build best in class offerings and solutions.
- Be Strategic Advisor to CEOs, COOs and MDs on transformational initiatives for Manufacturing excellence such as process improvements and Plant Efficiency Management
- Drive technology-enabled strategic business transformation by recommending and implementation of software solutions.
- Provide management consulting services on clients- most critical issues including Production, Supply Chain, Inventory
- Increase revenue by exploring new Business and additional service line in Manufacturing practice.
- Establishes operational strategies by evaluating trends; defining critical measurements; establishing production and productivity standards.
- Set and evaluate service results, define systems objectives and establish change strategies.
- Contributing to the building of the firm's Intellectual Property including precedents, templates, case management and workflows
- Assisting in the development of leading edge Knowledge Management and high level technical know-how
- To represent the Firm in the external market-place as ambassador, spokesman and figure-head
- Create and develop talent by appropriate training and nurturing of people
- Stakeholders Management- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders for solution offerings
- Support sales team in talking to clients, advisors
Should Have :-
- Strong domain knowledge and Thought Leadership in Manufacturing Consulting domain.
- Demonstrated Consulting/Manufacturing Industry experience.
- Innovation capability to build and suggest new service lines
- Leadership Skills - to be able to set business targets and drive to deliver the same.
- Client Engagement Skills - Ability to think out of the box - strategic thinking (Larger picture)
- Execution of transformation projects
- Networking Skills - Ability to interact and manage multiple customers and cross functional teams
