Construction Head (Dubai Experience Holder only)

Job Responsibility :

- Responsibility for construction and development with highest safety and quality standards and strict adherence to project cost and timelines.

- Preparation of GFCs, BOQs and tender documents.

- Timely resolution of all design and construction related issues.

- Contractor/s and vendor/s through a robust and transparent process.

- Procurement.

- Design and execution of safety measures at site, w

- QA and QC measures to ensure highest quality in execution.

- Project schedule.

- Direction to PMC/ subordinate project managers.

- Liaison with various government authorities, including the labour department.

- Candidate who have working experience in Dubai only apply.
