Educational Qualifications: CA/ MBA- Finance

Experience: 8-10 years most PG

Location: Mumbai

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Detailed Job responsibilities:

- Ensure adequacy of systems, controls and procedures

- Evaluate policies and guidelines and their implementation

- Highlight the weaknesses / areas of improvement

- Reviewing management of business risks thereby promoting effective Corporate Governance

- To ensure that business activities are conducted in accordance with laid down processes or where such processes are implicit, they are conducted according to sound management principles.

- Decision support system metrics are well designed.

- Comprehensive review of business processes

- To identify process bottlenecks

- To recommend efficient and cost-effective process

- To assist in implementing best practices

- To identify areas in which costs can be rationalized.

- Continuous review of key processes and function of the business through scrutiny and assessment of transactions
