Head Compliance - From NBFC or Lending companies only Candidate must have : - Relevant knowledge in PSS Act, PSS Regulations, PPI Master Directions, KYC Master Directions, PML Act, PML Rules, Aadhaar Act, Master Circular on Credit Card, Debit Card and Rupee Denominated Co-branded Pre-paid Card Operations of Banks and Credit Card issuing NBFCs, all guidelines surrounding NBFCs, IRDAI (Registration of Corporate Agents), IRDAI (outsourcing of activities by Indian Insurers) and other applicable IRDAI guidelines - Experience with managing compliance portfolio of PPI, Insurance corporate agency and other fintech products; - Experience with coordinating with regulators (RBI/IRDA etc) for daily operations, customer escalations, inspections, submissions etc. - Experience with filings of reports, forms etc with regulators; - Experience with conducting audits on the company, such as system audits, regulatory audits etc. Will be required to coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for the same.
