Head - Compliance - NBFC

About the role :

- Reporting's to RBI, Credit bureaus for NBFC business.

- Maintaining compliance calendar and adherence with the same.

- Strong liaison with RBI.

- Experience of handling RBI inspections and similar inspections from other regulatory authorities.

- Secretarial process of setting up and recording various board, committee and management committee meetings.

- Internal coordination on various compliance issues and advisory.

- Be a 'leader' and 'decision maker'. Solve business issues and provide pragmatic answers.

- Strong MIS and internal reporting.

- Team size 4-5
