Experience designing, drafting, or implementing corporate policies/process. Design and drafting experience preferred.   Experience working with or for a large, matrixed, multinational company. In-house experience preferred.   Experience conducting or supporting corporate internal investigations, with a sound understanding of legal privilege, data privacy and other related legal issues.  Firm understanding of the key conventions, laws and practice surrounding anti-bribery and corruption enforcement, with an appreciation for how these inform preventative compliance programs.   Education: Legal degree  Legal experience preferred: Qualified senior lawyer with experience at a recognized global law firm and/or in-house in a multinational organization with experience in advising on criminal and regulatory compliance matters and with conducting corporate internal investigations. Anti-bribery/corruption-focused experience strongly preferred.
