Head of Compliance (Diversity Hiring Only)

Job Role: Head of Compliance (Diversity Hiring Only)


Experience: 12+ Years

Job Location: Gurgaon

Notice Period: 0 to 45 days

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor activities within assigned IT areas, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual account and activity reviews.

2. Ensure the execution of required testing and auditing activities for Hybrid/Private Data Center compliance by internal and external parties, leading to the continuous certification of the organization.

3. Triage Change Management process issues and provide recommendations.

4. Collaborate with Security Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to identify and manage privacy, data protection risks, and compliance requirements to meet stakeholder expectations.

5. Provide broad recommendations for improving compliance-related processes and procedures specific to the Hybrid/Private Data Center.

6. Partner with RTX and MSP management and staff to implement solutions.

7. Identify remediating controls and performance gaps compared to industry best practices to gain stakeholder buy-in.

8. Assist in identifying and managing IT security risks by assessing the current state of the Private Data Center.

9. Prioritize improvements and conduct compliance projects to reduce risk and enhance regulatory compliance.

10. Coordinate and schedule required compliance training for employees working with the Private Data Center team.

1. Experience: Information Technology or Information Security experience.

2. Demonstrated Success: Work with internal audit, external auditors, outside consultants, and legal affairs.

3. Global Effectiveness: Ability to perform effectively in a global and matrix organization.

4. Organizational Skills: Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

5. Motivation: Highly motivated, focusing on personal development, including strong organizational, generational, and national cultural awareness.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate compliance-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.

7. Leadership Experience: Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with senior leadership, colleagues, and clients.

8. Personal Traits: Self-confidence, assertiveness, and commitment.

Educational Level:

- Any full-time Graduate/Diploma.

- BE/BTech/MCA.

Working Experience:

Must-Have:

1. Experience in Information Technology or Information Security.

2. Working experience with internal audit, external auditors, outside consultants, and legal affairs.
