Head - Compliance - Investment Management - BFS - LLB/CS/CA

Qualification: LLB/CS/CA

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Should have experience in handling AIF and/or PMS for at least 1 year in the Compliance and Legal function.

- Should have good exposure to the Regulatory/Investment Compliance of AIF business and preferable PMS as well.

- Managing day to day AIF/PMS compliances

- Should have good understanding of various categories of AIF and handled launch of new AIF products

- Some amount of dealings with regulators & legal counsels

- Filing of periodic Regulatory reports with SEBI

- Should have attended to various sales and on-boarding team queries.

- Good command over English.

Functional Competencies :

- Sound knowledge of compliance systems and processes

- Well versed Regulatory reports with SEBI

- Adept in Excel, Powerpoint tools
