Head - Compliance & Investigation - Healthcare/Pharma

- Supporting the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Program in India.

- Collaborating with various Business, Global Office of Ethics and Compliance in all areas of compliance, including policies, investigations, Risk assessment and management

- Work proactively and collaboratively with colleagues in Compliance, Legal, HR and relevant businesses or functions to provide guidance, advice and support by conducting investigations in an appropriate, efficient and timely manner consistent with the governing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Responsible for implementation and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures for All India Business, aligned to Global compliance policies and procedures.

- Conducting End-to-End Compliance related internal investigations as well as perform other duties related to Global Compliance Investigations as required.

- Implementation of various Company policies and procedures and Internal Controls.

- Ideal Candidate should be having at least 8-10 years of an experience in Legal & Compliances.

- Should have in-depth knowledge of Compliance Program, Internal audit and statutory audit.

- Proven expertise in implementing Compliance Program, identifying need for training, planning and providing training to complete organization on Compliance Policies on regular basis.

- Coordinate and work closed with cross functions to improve internal controls.

- Strong understanding, ability to advise and provide solutions on all matters related to Code of Business Conduct.

- CA, CS or Law Graduates will be preferred.
