Head - Compliance - Housing Finance

- Incharge and responsible of compliance function for Housing Finance Company.

- Specific Exposure to NHB Guidelines and managing the Compliance requirements of compliance and Companies Act as per the NHB Guidelines and of RBI regulations relating to All NBFCs under the company.

- Implementation and compliances of Scale Based Regulations on Housing Finance Company.

- SEBI Debt listing agreement, SEBI Prevention of Money Laundering regulations (- PMLA), SEBI Insider Trading regulation and other applicable regulations/acts. National Housing Bank (NHB) Act, Housing Finance Companies directions, FEMA, PMLA, SEBI Portfolio Managers Regulations, SEBI Advisory regulations, SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, SEBI Takeover Code, laws/ regulations etc.

- Dealing with RBI/ NHB/ SEBI/ DFSA (regulator), interaction with RBI/ NHB/ SEBI/ DFSA Inspectors, internal/statutory auditors, issue clarifications on various compliance related matters.

- Implementing and monitoring of Manuals/ Policies of the Company and updating. management on recent developments in the industry including regulatory changes.

- Creating on-going awareness of compliance and risk management within the system.

- Setting and meeting KPIs of the department, budgets for the department.

- Representing the Corporate/ department in various forums, discussion papers.

- Ensuring closure of investor complaints received from the Regulators
