Position - Head Compliance

Reporting to CEO

QLFN - CA, CS, MBA in Finance

Industry Preference - Banking, Financial Services, Mutual Fund, Asset Management, Broking

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance of fund and / or PMS with all relevant operative SEBI guidelines / regulations and any other regulations as may apply.

2. Coordinate with custodian to ensure settlement of all transactions / deals.

3. Ensure all deals / transactions comply with all internal operative risk limits or any other operative internal guidelines.

4. Ensure book keeping and accounts.

5. Any other work as may be assigned by management from time to time.
