Head - Compliance - Digital Payment Business - CS

- We are looking for Head Compliance with leading Digital Payment Company.

- Strong experience of 14 to 18 Years in Fintech, e-Commerce & Digital industry would be preferred.

- Strong work experience in the Compliance, Legal and Governance functions spread across Financial services businesses in India & Global Market viz. Banking, Payments, Capital Markets dealing with complex and challenging matters.

- Should have Vast experience in Regulatory Compliance framework as well as Compliance testing covering regulations of RBI, SEBI, NPCI, NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, STPI ETC..

- Experience in effective Regulatory relationship and liasoning with various Indian regulators.

- Conducting board meetings/general body meetings including presentation and maintenance of policy.

- Ensuring best corporate governance practice for the business.

- Preparation of annual report also ensuring global compliances

- Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholder management

- Dealing and liaising with government bodies, legal counsel and various bodies.

- Qualified company secretary is must for this role.
