Requirement : Should be a qualified CS and LLB with 15+ yrs of experience in large group companies.

Role Brief :

- This is a leadership role and responsible to manage all the stakeholders.

- Managing and ensuring Compliances with secretarial and corporate laws for Promoter Group Companies comprising of Listed Company, Public Limited Companies, Private Limited Companies, Debenture listed Companies, Section 8 Company and Trusts comprising of Registered Charitable Trusts, Unregistered Trusts.
