Position : Compliance Head

Location : Mumbai HO

Reporting to : CFO

Detailed Job Description :

Profile :

- RBI compliances with respect to NBFCs, including monthly/ periodical filing of returns, data submission with RBI/BSE/NSE as per guidelines and circulars issued by RBI from time to time - Maker level

- Ensuring compliance related with other statutes like CERSAI, CIBIL, Cash Transaction Reporting etc. - Checker level

- Ensuring compliance with direct & indirect taxation like advance tax payments, service tax returns, VAT returns etc. - Checker level

- Ensuring compliance with listing agreement with BSE/NSE - Checker level

- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & relevant compliances - Checker level

- Reporting to management regarding key areas concerning the risk of business with reference to Statutory compliances and recommendations to mitigate the same.

Qualifications : CA / CS is a must (first attempt preferred)

Preferred Industry Financial Institutions : NBFC/ Banks (Micro Enterprise)
