- Must have done compliance operations by identifying functions and business practices requiring compliance activities.

- Must have designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated the compliance program and monitored its operational implementation.

- He must have done revision of the compliance program in response to the changing operational needs of the organization.

- He must have planned, developed, implemented, and evaluated the compliance plans and promoted training activities to train the company staff about the corporate compliance rules, standards, and obligations.

- The compliance operations professional should be well trained in compliance procedures, policies, standards, and obligations.

- He/She should at least be a graduate with ample experience of about 10-14 years in holding the post efficiently.
