Key Responsibilities : - To review policies and procedures that will help the company meet its sales and risk management goals. - Timely review and revise the existing policies to comply with RBI regulations. - Monitoring and evaluating active accounts, Audit remarks to reduce or prevent bad debts - Closely monitor deviations in the SOPs in the KYC and appraisal process. - Assess Changes in Largest Exposures - Assess Credit Information companies ratings for large exposures - Assess adequacy of loan provisions - Review if concentrations are within stipulated limits - Build and ensure risk reports reach all relevant parties - Identify significant risks, if any with top management - Ensure all transactions have full and proper documentation - Ensure adherence to all regulatory and Statutory guidelines. - Ensure regular regulatory engagements. Education and Experience - Inter CA/CA with 3-5 years of work experience in NBFC/Bank - Candidates with experience in RBI interactions is preferred.
