- Minimum 15 years of experience in Compliance functions, including atleast 5-6 year with Financial, IT, Insurance, Technology or ITES companies.

- Good understanding of the Indian Legal landscape and regulations is an added advantage.

- Compliance related certifications strongly preferred.

- Strong professional ethics and integrity

- Excellent command over English language (both writing & speaking skills)

Summary:

- Responsible for heading and steering Compliance SMEs to meet the requirements of Technology India & Service India Compliance topics.

- Provide proactive Compliance support and advice to the business units and key stakeholders across the offices in India, and assist them in achieving their core objectives while appropriately managing the associated Compliance topics.

- Point of Contact for the local India management, Regional Compliance functional owners and central head office Compliance function.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for all Compliance (called the function) related topics for Technology India Branch and Services Pvt Ltd India. Scope of the role may be expanded to cover other select geography/ies as well.

Interact and liaise with Regulators as and when required to support the organisation in terms of compliance to regulations. Work closely with Auditors and investigators as and when required to support the organisation.
