Responsibilities:
- Create and overall Learning Strategy and aligning to development needs of individuals, businesses & organization vision, strategy and objectives
- Develop and apply methodologies and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and development
- Introduce new ways of optimizing training efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and monitor training budgets / costs and optimize training investments
- Ensure an internal talent pipe line at all grades
1. Branding and developing in house programs
2. Will be responsible to look after both technical and behavioural training needs.
