Performance Management/Compensation & Benefits

- Assisting in the Annual Appraisal Process across the levels & establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management; facilitating post-appraisal counseling & feedback to improve skills & productivity

- Partnering with Consultants & ensuring implementation of Compensation Benchmarking Surveys; interacting with Senior Management and MD for designing and implementation of Increment & Bonus structures for all employees

- Facilitating Senior Management Compensation Design and Revision, including preparing approval presentations to the Chairman, Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors; administering promotions and market correct finalizations for key talents

Employee Engagement

- Ensuring healthy employee- management relations in the organization by organizing wellness, festivals & fun at work events aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding amongst employees; resolving HR queries of employees &escalating the same, where necessary

- Design contemporary global policies which can be implemented across the organization in various geographies

HR Operations

- Assisting in the complete gamut of HR functions and implementing HR Policies in line with core organizational objectives; planning Human Resource requirements in consultation with heads of different departments as per assigned budgets

- Maintaining personnel files & records in HR System; coordinating with Business & other members of HR fraternity for various analyses and recommending actions

- Conducting attrition analysis along with suggested strategies to curtail the same; managing the entire termination process, preparing termination / resignation letters, facilitating Exit Interviews (Analysis, Action Plans and Retention) and full & final settlement

Team Management

- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets; organizing counseling sessions for employees to resolve work-related issues.
