- Responsible for developing, implementing and administering compensation and benefit policies and programs
- Provides HR and leadership with ongoing consultation
- Develops and/or participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company's competitive position
- Ensures company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices
- Plan and develop compensation and benefit programs by evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs
- Administers and communicates the company's benefits program plan options
- Oversee the pay roll administration and HR administration including statutory compliance and personal file maintenance
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines
