Role: Head of Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Location: Mumbai(Andheri East)

Experience: 10+ years

Salary: no bar for the right candidate

Job details:

- The person would be responsible for participating in market surveys and preparing compensation data and responsible for analysing market survey data, mapping it against roles.

- The person would be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of Increments and Bonus independently for employees.

- They would be responsible for refreshing and updating Total Rewards.

- They will be responsible for managing payroll management for all the employees.

- They will be responsible for managing Compensation and Benefits and Rewards.

- Responsible for compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Full time MBA from tier 1/2 Institute.

- 10+ years of prior exposure of managing C&B and Rewards for leading organization of at least 1000+ employees.

- Work experience with large global MNCs are required

- Great communication skills are a must

- Process Oriented people should only apply

- Service based organization experience is required

- High moral values

- Can manage a small team

- Decision maker with clear thought process
