Toward this they require specialists with rich experience in the C&B/Rewards area.   Location : Bangalore   Experience : 9 - 10 years of relevant post qualification experience with Strong academics   Education : MBA/PGDBM (2 years Full time) from Premium institute   Key Responsibilities :   - To take the independent charge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and rewards function on a pan group basis.   - Annual Performance and Remuneration review aligned with global guidelines.   - Conduct HR due diligence in M&A Projects and provide recommendations to ensure smooth, aligned and timely integration.   - Managing and leading Management Incentives Plan under the country/region responsibility.   - Compliance with the various national / state / local regulations an integral part of the remit.   Desired Profile :   - An exposure of at-least 9 years C&B for the country.   - Understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes.   - Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.   - Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.   - Strong relationship building skills.   - Possesses solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation
