- Person will be responsible for heading C&B for the company
- Leading C&B function, making policies around rewards and recognition and ensuing their implementation. Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
- Developing C&B strategies for scratch, hold financial management and budgeting skills and able to make informed decisions based on data and statistics.
- Structuring compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success, Identifying ways to develop and conserve human resources.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports. devise changes as and when required.
- Should know HR analytics. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
