Job Description:


- Reporting into the CHRO, you will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation agenda for compensation and benefits.


- The incumbent would overall be responsible for the design, development, benchmarking, implementation, and communication of the Compensation & Benefits policies, program and framework.

Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical research player that is fast growing their set up in India. They are looking to hire a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional with prior experience with other in the industry or with a reputed MNC captive.

Description

- The incumbent would overall be responsible for the design, development, benchmarking, implementation, and communication of the Compensation & Benefits policies, program and framework.

Profile

- At least 15 years experience in C&B post MBA from a Tier-1 institute (Indian/Global) is a must.

- Prior experience working with reputed MNC/Pharma set-ups in progressively increasing leaderships roles.

- Adaptable to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
