Job Description :
- Candidate will be managing the overall Compensation and Benefits function of Reliance Life Insurance
- Also responsible for Performance management for both corporate and sales functions
- Role is expected to evolve overtime and additions could be made at later stages
- Candidate will be required to put several things into structure and should be open to working across functions with several stakeholders
Candidate Profile :
- Should have around 15-17 year of experience
- Candidate should be only from Life or General Insurance background
- Experienced in HR Analytics
