1. Design and implement Total Rewards programs policies and processes, salary administration, short-term and sales incentive plans, employee benefits, executive compensation administration, workers compensation and retirement plans in India.
2. Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about current associates population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
3. Timely review of existing comp.& ben policies to support company operations and strategy meeting with local legislations to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
4. Manage all aspects of compensation& benefits, administration associated with new hires, transfers, terminations and promotions leading to change in associates compensation and benefits.
