Head - Compensation & Benefits - Consulting

Looking for Head - C&B for an Consulting client to be either based out of Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Managing senior level compensation, regulatory issues, Tax, benefit plans including, Insurance, asset program, fund management etc.

- Responsible for market intelligence for aligned line of Business, support market benchmarking and assessments

- Managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area including managing compensation for different lines of businesses, compensation infrastructure maintenance, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery

- Managing the year-end annual review cycle

- Managing interventions like retention, guarantees, buy-back etc.

- Establish routines to connect with key stakeholders including LOB /Regional compensation partners, etc.

- The incumbent should have at least 15+ years experience managing the C&B function in medium / large organisations.
